Modern psychology recognizes four main attachment styles, but the type I exhibit is not one of them. Mine is 5 x 5 chenille, faded yellow on one side and a patchwork of blue, green, and pink squares on the other. I have blanket attachment. Society normalizes poor behavior. Cigarettes, alcohol, and gambling are acceptable pastimes despite being bad for your physical and mental health. I don’t smoke, drink, or spend money unwisely. I do soothe myself with the somatic experience of cuddling with my blanket. I don’t think doing so is a habit I need to break. I hope my college roommate agrees. ISABELLA
Sample Body Paragraph
When my parents divorced, my sister expressed her emotions boldly, surrounding my family with distress and pressure as if we would all collapse. Watching how much energy my parents expended towards my sister, I decided there was no room for me to be sad and angry; I convinced myself that if I did express my pain, it would break my fragile family. To me, It felt safer to be perfect than sincere. So I stayed quiet when I wanted to be loud, I smiled when I wanted to cry, and I pretended to be steady. The silence became both my comfort and pain. To escape feeling like an imposter, ironically, I turned to the Sims to reassure myself I would be able to have an ideal life. In what was going to be my perfect first storyline, Sims Mia set the kitchen on fire making a grilled cheese, failed a class, and lost her living room furniture to a burglar. I watched the game unravel naturally, and the more I played, I accepted that I couldn’t command events in the Sims and setbacks were inevitable. Each new time I reached the end of a storyline, I liked the outcome, even if I didn’t like every event in the game. I’m discovering how to translate that same acceptance to my reality by learning to adapt, to stand up for myself, and to embrace the flaws that make me who I am. MIA

Tearing my left ACL and meniscus - bad luck. Tearing the same ACL and meniscus one year later - terrible luck. Rupturing my MCL while rehabbing the second ACL tear - absurd. This series of unfortunate events, minus Lemony Snicket’s entertaining narrative, kept delivering. My meniscus tore a third time while rehabbing the MCL tear. Another surgery followed, this time accompanied by complications. These injuries put me on the outside of athletics, my source of pleasure and confidence, for the first time in my life. These same unfortunate events, however, put me on the inside of personal discoveries that shocked me even more than no longer being a part of the athletic clique. STEFEN
Sample Conclusion
Beatmaking is the most honest form of communication I have. When I get into the zone, everything else fades away. Time loses meaning, and it’s just me and the sound in perfect sync. My mind clears. It’s a pure flow; the beat pulls me deeper into its world. It’s a way to pour out parts of myself I didn’t know I could. To turn my struggles, hopes, fears, and joys into something tangible. Every beat I craft carries pieces of me: my late-night thoughts, my inner battles, and the things I’ve never said out loud. It's about taking these unfiltered moments and translating them into rhythms. It’s not just about my story; each beat is also an open door, inviting listeners to bring their own experiences, to feel seen, understood, and less alone in whatever they’re going through at the time. Beatmaking is my way of bridging the distance between shared human experiences. This relentless pursuit of soul connection makes this process more than just music. It’s what keeps me going when nothing else makes sense. DEVIN

What Families Are Saying
Real feedback from students and parents who have experienced Undeniable’s personalized college prep support
Our family was very fortunate to work with Jenny for both SAT prep as well as the college application process. Our son’s score improved significantly in the verbal portion of the exam and he found that Jenny gave him useful tips and test preparation strategies that made a real difference.
When it came to the college application process Jenny’s greatest asset was tailoring her services to truly meet our son where he was at. She did this by investing time in getting to know him and learning about how his strengths and weaknesses would play a part in the application process. Through it all she remained incredibly patient and encouraging. Our son got into his first choice university which is a very selective school. We owe a big part of that to Jenny helping him craft an excellent essay and college application. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

Jenny was absolutely instrumental in helping our daughter prepare for the SAT. While Jenny strengthened her English, reading, and writing skills, she also helped our daughter overcome test-taking anxiety.
Jenny has a gift for making students feel capable and confident. She knew exactly how to encourage, calm nerves, and give the strategies our daughter needed to walk into the SAT feeling prepared instead of overwhelmed. That confidence translated into the score our daughter had been hoping for and, ultimately, helped her earn acceptance to Florida State University.
